Return Process

  Log in to your Vastranand account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return process.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the securely packed parcel.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchanged size immediately.
